WHO WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE REFERRAL NETWORK?
The network will be made up of businesses and organizations that provide quality programs and services for older adults in the Valparaiso community. It is not our intent to complete with providers, rather to introduce their programs and services to all older adults in the community. Additionally, we will identify opportunities to expand programs and services.

HOW DO I BECOME PART OF THE REFERRAL NETWORK?
This year, we will establish standards to evaluate programs and services. Once those standards have been established, we can begin to assemble the network.
